Kathy Clem is part of the 2008 Graduating Class of Leadership Greater Jackson. The Leadership Program is a program of the Metro Jackson Chamber of Commerce. Leadership Greater Jackson is a community-wide leadership program that develops existing and emerging leaders in the metro area.

Kathy and her classmates gained a better understanding of various aspects of the community in areas such as politics, education, the legal system, healthcare, quality of life and economics.

Each year the class splits into teams and take on special projects throughout the community. This year, Good Samaritan was chosen as a beneficiary of this very special program. Employees Karen Clem, Sonja Battle, Joanna Puddister, as well as, Kathy Clem, worked with a group from Leadership Greater Jackson on a Community/Board Room at Good Sam’s main office. “This room would serve a a great meeting place for members in the Midtown area of Jackson,” says Kathy Clem.
