The Good Samaritan Center offers three primary food programs; however, assistance may also be given in the event of any other verifiable food emergency, including natural disasters such as hurricanes, house or apartment fires, etc. 

All Good Samaritan clients are also eligible for a one-time emergency benefit. This benefit does not renew; therefore, it is largely the client’s decision to use their one-time emergency. Our social services staff will often refer clients to one of the three programs above to ensure that the client does not waste their one-time emergency.
